Brand Ambassadors and Event Specialists are typically on-call contractors hired on a per event basis. Below is a code of conduct for any individual representing Snapbot ⚡️.

1. Good Hygiene Practices

  • Personal Cleanliness: Employees at Snapbot must maintain a high level of personal cleanliness at all times.

  • Health and Safety: Adherence to health and safety guidelines related to hygiene is mandatory, especially in roles involving sensitive areas.


2.Code of Conduct

  • Professional Behavior (On Duty):Employees are expected to conduct themselves professionally during work hours, including respectful communication, punctuality, and responsibility for actions.

  • Professional Reputation (Off Duty):While Snapbot respects the personal freedom and privacy of employees, it is expected that employees will not engage in off-duty conduct that could significantly harm Snapbot’s reputation or business interests. This policy is not intended to infringe on personal freedoms, but rather to protect the professional integrity of both the employees and the company.

  • Confidentiality: Employees must maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information at all times.

  • Conflict of Interest: Activities or relationships that conflict with Snapbot's interests should be avoided.


3.Anytime Termination Policy

  • At-Will Employment:Employment is at-will, allowing either party to terminate the employment relationship at any time.

  • Termination Pay:Upon termination, only compensation for remaining unpaid work hours is provided.


4. Non-Disparagement Clause

  • Post-Termination Conduct: Former employees are expected to refrain from making disparaging, false, or misleading statements that could negatively impact Snapbot’s reputation or business interests. This includes public statements and comments on social media.

  • Legal Recourse: Violations of this non-disparagement clause may result in legal action to protect the company’s reputation and interests.

4.Consequences for Policy Violation

  • Immediate Termination: Serious violations of these policies, particularly those affecting Snapbot’s operations or reputation, may result in immediate termination.

  • Legal Action: Snapbot reserves the right to take legal action for losses caused by policy violations.

5.Policy Enforcement and Amendments

  • Enforcement: Management is responsible for enforcing these policies. Violations may lead to disciplinary actions.

  • Amendments: Snapbot reserves the right to amend these policies as needed.
